RF Remote Controlled Engine Starter from SECO-LARM

Adds the convenience of remote controlled starting of vehicle to any vehicle alarm or keyless entry system that has additional outputs activitated from the transmitter.   Perfect for warming up the car in the winter and cooling down the car in the summer.
 
  • Easily connects to nearly any vehicle alarm or factory keyless entry system to add the convenience of remote starting.
  • Operates with gasoline or diesel engines, and automatic or manual transmissions.
  • Turns on the air conditioner or heater to ensure driving comfort.
  • Attempts to start the car up to three times.
  • Flashing parking light output shows when the engine is starting, running, or stopped.
  • Engine will stop automatically, or can be shut down via the remote.
  • Alarm (optional) remains armed while the engine is running, but external sensors and ignition sensing are bypassed to prevent false alarms.
  • Safety features:
    - Neutral safety input prevents automatic transmission engines from starting if car is not in neutral.
    - Protects against over-rev and excess cranking of engine.
    - Engine will not start if the hood is open. - Engine shuts down if the hood is opened, the brake pedal is pressed, the transmitter is engaged, or the engine over-revs.
    - For manual transmissions, the parking brake must be set and a safety procedure must be followed when exiting the vehicle in order to remote start the engine. Programmable features: Tach/tachless operation, number of cylinders (1, 2, 4, 6, 8), engine crank time (2 or 10 seconds), warm-up time (6 or 18 minutes), auto/manual transmission, gasoline/diesel engine, Tach signal level.
